I think my professor’s crazy…
So.. I guess i had no choice but to get back into “school” mode. Doing nothing was fun while it lasted… =[
I’ve been studying like crazy for my accounting midterm that’s tomorrow.
Yes, i did read.
yes, all three chapters. (aren’t you guys proud of me? =P )
What we need for the exam tomorrow:
- Pencil
- Scantron
- Four function calculator (one that adds, subtracts, multiplies, divides)
not bad right?

On friday during test “review” he actually *lectured* us for a good 10 minutes or so about using a four function calculator, and not allowing us to bring any other kind in.
In fact, he decided that he’ll supply us with the calculators..
“There are 56 of you in this class and I have 65 of these calculators. I paid for these out of my own pocket. I tested these all last night and these all work. Here, take a look at them…“

1. This is college, not high school.
2. Not only is he anal about what kind of calculator we use, we have two choices
a. Use his
b. Do the math manually
3. Do we NOT know how a simple calculator looks like? @_@
I’m bringing in a mechanical pencil to do my exam. Hopefully he’ll let me take my test with it, instead of automatically failing me.. @_@

i hate scantrons. when you have over 200 questions to take in a certain amount of time, you get so confused with the massive amounts of spaces you have to fill in..not to mention panic because of how many questions there are..eek >.<

HEY! lol Im in high school! -.- and i already have 3 graphing calculators. i have actually never used a 4 function calculator in class before. never. i have played around with them but never actually used a 4 function one. when i finally started using calcs in 7th grade i started with a graphing calculator. so.. yea. + the one i have now is a 3d graphing calculator lol -.- sou sad. younger grades are smarter now. lol. x] enjoy college! hs still sucks. at least not as much as last year. oh boy do i feel sorry for the lowerclassmen. they get OD homework.
i JUST had my first day of school today and it sucks.
damn, that reminds me, i need to buy scantrons…what happened to the gold old high school days when teachers would provide it…

actually i think thats really nice of your professor.
when we had our chem classes, we were not allowed graphing calculators in to the exam room becuase you could input extra info on a graphing calculator.
all 1000 gen chem students had to buy solar power non graphing calculators.
thats alot of money.
even though solar calculators arent that expensive.
yes, school teachers suck. take for instance my speech teacher. 6-9p.m. class right? with a break in there somewhere right? NO! this fool talks the whole time, usually by the end of the night i’m squirming around cause my butt hurts so bad! =)
